The eBay Sidebar Tool Gadget does not collect or store any personal information from your eBay User account and only retrieves the information required by the eBay Sidebar Tool Gadget to display the selected features.

The eBay Sidebar Tool Gadget does not request any personal information from eBay or from yourself other than the information required and therefore does not store information including but not limited to email addresses and passwords.

Intelligroup Limited does not store any email addresses and/or other personal information including but not limited to names and addresses without permission.
Intelligroup Limited does not rent, sell, or share any personal information about you with any other people or companies.

In the unfortunate event that your computer/laptop is lost/stolen Intelligroup Limited can not be held responsible for any unlikely breach of security caused including but not limited to unauthorized bidding/selling and unauthorized account access and it is the account owners responsibility to ensure the safety of any account.

This Privacy Policy may be modified and/or changed at any time and content may be added/removed by Intelligroup Limited without notification.

General Provisions
Every provision of these Terms and Conditions will be construed, to the extent possible, so as to be valid and enforceable. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions so construed is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, such provision will, to the extent so held, be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions, and all other provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No waiver by Intelligroup Limited of any breach or default hereunder will be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies. The Content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be correct or current. Intelligroup Limited reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. Intelligroup Limited does not, however, guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected.
